30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with any original tags.
Start a return
Email gavintobin714@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Hygiene exception
The 21-Compartment Pill Organizer cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons, except where the item is defective, damaged or incorrect or otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement.
Refund timing
For approved returns, we issue refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
HSA/FSA purchases
Our return conditions also apply to HSA/FSA purchases. Refunds go back to the original payment method, including the original HSA/FSA card where used. For split payments, each refunded portion returns to the corresponding original payment method. HSA/FSA refunds can take longer to appear; contact your card issuer if a refund has not appeared after 15 business days. If you obtained reimbursement separately, contact your plan administrator about any required adjustments.
